The Creative Leaders Fellowship is an artist-focused development program that equips emerging creatives with the tools, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to design, fund, and execute intentional community-centered creative experiences.

Through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning, fellows strengthen their artistic identity while developing sustainable skills in event production, budgeting, fundraising, and creative leadership.

This fellowship is designed to help artists:

• Gain confidence in producing their own workshops, shows, and creative experiences

• Learn event planning, budgeting, fundraising, and audience engagement

• Build something real, not theoretical

• Execute their own creative experience with support from CCV Inc

• Collaborate by supporting each other’s projects and events

• Learn how to create within realistic capacity and available resources
